What comes next

With many other competitions before including a Sprint Triathlon, Running event and a 5000meter swim competition, my next goal is to focus for the 26th of September - Setubal Olympic Triathlon.

Water 24ºC, Temperature 27ºC, not crowded...

I'm in the Hotel in Porto Santo. Workouts are continued to be done.

Two weeks in Porto Santo

After the weekend in Constancia and a not so good Sprint triathlon, I am going to spend the next two weeks in Porto Santo Island.

Don't worry I'll carry all my stuff including my bike...

Time Flows...

Tomorrow and the weekend I'll be in Constancia. Of course I'll carry all the stuff to train and I'll not miss the Tour.



On Saturday I'll do another Sprint Triathlon this time in Pedrogão Grande.

Yesterday Lance Armstrong didn't get the yellow shirt for less than a second, it was the swiss time working for Cancellara in the team time trial.

Holiday: 3 months

Last weekend I had a swim course in Fonte da Telha of 1500m. About 200 people were there and I had a nice time with some friends.


Now I'm in holiday so I have more time to train, go to the beach, watch live action from the Tour de France (Today 3rd stage)...
