So this weekend I'll head towards the South of London - Esher.I'll go to one of the biggest Triathlon events in Europe - The Triathlon Cycling and Running show. All the big brands will be there: from Clif Bar to Blueseventy, from Compressport to Zoggs. Lots of competitions and new product presentations. And of course I'll have the opportunity to speak with some British famous triathletes like Chrissie Wellington, Helen Jenkins, Philip Graves and Stephen Bayliss.
On Sunday I'll race in the show 10k.
